Club committees
We want to involve our players and club members more to our club work and give them a chance to make things happen. Because of this, we have currently four different committee groups set up. All the committees and groups are open for all club members.
If you want to join any of the committee groups listed below or you want more information about them, fill out the sign-up form of desired committee or throw an email to eagles@finland.rugby or contact the responsible person directly.
Club idea and development forum
Do you have a vision, how to improve our home match events? Or do you want to know, where our club’s money goes? Do you have an idea for a great off-pitch activity for the club? Or do you want to hear, what has the board been doing lately or planning to do in future?
Open discussion forum gathers 4 times a year. There is very light agenda in the meetings, since the main point is to hear, what the members have to say or ask. You can join the meetings to give feedback, suggest an idea, discuss about ongoing matters or just to listen and learn, what is going on within the club.
No commitment required – come whenever you can and feel like.

Marketing team
Active and innovative group for creating the club marketing. Our digital platforms to cover are Facebook, Instagram and website newsfeed. Also any prints, flyers and other marketing material is marketing team’s responsibility. Group communicates mostly via email or Whatsapp, but meetings are arranged whenever needed.
The work load is huge, so the more we get people in to this, the more we can put effort to advertise the greatest rugby club in this country! If you are interested in photo editing, content producing, social media updating or campaign planning, sign-up for this crucial and rewarding task force!

Junior rugby development team
Active group for planning and building up our junior activities. Group gathers up whenever needed.
We need fresh ideas and excited people to make our junior activities to step up to next level. Junior rugby developing is challenging, but very rewarding and it is well supported by city of Turku and the Rugby Federation of Finland, so the possibilities are wide. We’d expect you to have reasonable level of commitment and will to put your effort in juniors. Raise your hand, if you have passion to spread our beloved sport to the junior level and are willing to work for it!

Party squad
A spirited and inventive group for putting together the club’s refreshment events: sauna evenings, Christmas parties, 3rd halves, etc. The Squad communicates mostly via email or Whatsapp, but meetings are arranged whenever needed.
You don’t have to attend or be a part of every event during the year; the work load will be distributed between squad members based on their interests and resources. Active individuals with fresh ideas are always needed to create memorable moments for our club members. If you wish to take part in upgrading and upholding our club’s off-pitch culture, this is the forum for you!
