It is time to sum-up the past year of the Swans! Fill out the feedback form with thought and time and be as honest as possible. The feedback info and data are used to make our team even better, so everyone’s opinion is needed. Even if you played or attended just a bit, answer the questions you can.

You can for example use bullet point lists in your answers. The small print is to help you to form the answer, you don’t have to answer all the questions listed under the actual question.

There will be a team’s sum-up made based on these answers, and it will shared to the team later. Some answers might be copied in the sum-up document, but the name of the writer will not be revealed at any point. Jessi will be only person seeing your answers, except questions 8 and 9.
